You're not alone. A link to the past is my favorite Legend of Zelda game. I found it odd when they released the A link to the past comic book that they made him almost turn into a wolf in that one too. You gave me a great idea for Faces of Link 2. Thank you for the comment.

Oh my gosh I almost forgot about the comic. I think that Nintendo Power comic both was the first official establishment of the Link x Zelda ship - and the simultaneous torpedoing of it at the end. I am only slightly ashamed to say I cried at how they ended that comic. As far as I know that has basically set the tone for how Nintendo has handled that relationship. "Like the idea of these two together? Yeah, it sure would be a great romance, wouldn't it? They're just made for eachother, right? BUT TOO BAD. Nothing ever happens. Ever."

Yeah I haven't read it since it came out myself. I remember thinking the end was kinda of a huge bummer. Especially for a comic geared towards a younger audience.
Was there ever a pig Link? I remember a frog Link from the cartoon and a rabbit and a wolf. I must have missed something. Well since you're looking for to it I shall invent one if it doesn't exist.

I THINK I meant bunny Link, not pig Link? I honestly have no idea where "Pig Link" came from, despite being the one who typed it. I do know that I was looking forward to whatever you had planned for Faces of Link 2, rather than trying to suggest something new. I've been pretty sleep deprived this past week, so maybe its best to just ignore everything I say!

Funny story, that. I just got back from a sleep clinic a few hours ago. It's one of those places that reminds you that quality can be as important as quantity. But however poor the quality, at least the quantity has increased since last week!
