Day 21 of "Mei a Day for May" features Riolu Girl! This was a superhero that Rosa portrayed in a PokeStar Studios movie. While I find the look striking, there unfortunately isn't much in the way of official references available online for me to use, so I had to wing it a little. Honestly, the same thing kinda happened with the princess costume, and I think that's probably just the case with all the PokeStar Studios looks.Related content
