how do you use the paint bucket to fill in line art? I've been trying to find this out for months.

use the magic wand too and make sure your lineart does have gaps, click the part you want to colour and you should have dotted lines around it, then get the paint bucket and click the space you want to colour

Oh hai there, I have a question
When it comes to step 5 I'm having difficulty achieving the look.
For example i will do every other step but when i go to smudge/blur/whateveritscalled. It doesn't work. i have mucked around with the brush and blue tool settings at such BUUUUUUT they don't work D:
So my question is what are your settings and do you use staberlizer or...whut? Please help

I just have a real thing for puffy and big hair to be honest. My hair is slightly
that way but since I both cut and dye my own hair it's just a simple way to come up with new ways. ;3;
