If you're serious, I would suggest you read ALL of that (and take the warning against self-medication seriously). Transitioning changes the way every single cell in your body expresses its genes, so a serious cost-benefit analysis is in order. People tend to want to rush it or get instant results, which essentially ends up in poorer treatment and a lower quality of life in the long run.
If you can, find a decent therapist/psychologist who is experienced in this area and who you can get along with. They will not only recommend a good doctor for HRT, but they will also be the one writing your SRS recommendation letter (which is required to get surgery). This is also a good idea for follow-up and monitoring for complications.
