a new character of mine. A TVhead this time. Haven't drawn any for awhile.I haven't fully decided on what to name him, but for some reason I've been calling him "Po"..
I randomly designed him 14 minutes ago, and then, not too long ago, I came to realize I really liked his design, and wanted to work more on the character..
I hope you like him, Even though he's a posh, fancy-dressed dude with no background story or purpose yet.
