Soooooo this was kind of a big turning point for Paisley so I decided to go all out and make a little book thingy.
Sooooo Paisley has always had kind of a sheltered view of the world. (Well, for someone who had lived in Iadlain their whole life) But with all this stuff going on like Reluir declaring war on them what world view is beginning to fall apart. Overall he's felt pretty helpless about the whole thing. The bright side to all of this is Paisley has begun to develop a love for healing!!

He joined The Circle of Wreath for three reasons. The first being Whelcliffe, now Whelcliffe was not the only factor but it was a tipping point. Paisley hated the way that Koben treated them. He's not planning on changing his Alliance or anything. Paisley had a very strong sense of loyalty to Iadlian (Even tho some of their actions his is strongly opposed to.) and by default Koben. But Whelcliff did emphasize how harmful this war has been on some many poeple even when not directly involved. It also contributed to Paisley growing anxiety over the war and status of the world. The second reason he joined is simply getting the chance to help, and heal people. (I know shocker right!) Which ties into the thrid reason he joined. Before Iadlain was attacked the war had felt like a very distant thing. But, after Reluir war became much more prevalent in his life. He hopes that by helping people and making a difference in their life it will make him feel much more empowered over his own life. By knowing his actions are making a difference.

He is a little bit concerned about joining The Circle just cuz of all the political tension. But He felt he had to do Something and this felt like the best option for him.
