Edward cheers up Harvey after the others tease and don't like him.

Yeah I decided to fix this mainly because Edward was out of character in "Harvey to the rescue". I did not like Edward at all in the episode. Henry, I'd buy it cause he was slightly vain in the classic series, but Edward is soppose to be smart, wise and friendly, not a dirt bag.
