The first Thomas And Friends human character fan art, for those who are unfamiliar with this man, he first started off as a passenger who refused to give up his bootlaces that were needed to fixing a hole on a pipe of one of James' coaches until he was forced to do so after the passengers' complaints of both the railway AND him from season 1, then returning on season 3 and onward as a railway inspector (ironically). Also in this art, it is to imitate the model of him having a face of young Jem Cole the mechanic (who restored Trevor and Elizabeth, as well as being George's driver) as seen from season 5 episode "Baa!" and season 6 episode "James And The Red Balloon."
