I definitely ship Toby and Henrietta. It's mainly because they're always together, and have good terms in relationship.

I don't ship Toby with Mavis, cause I see him as more of a father figure to her. And I don't ship Henrietta with Toad because I see her as an older sibling to him. I think the reason why Toby gets shipped with Mavis, was probably because Henrietta didn't have much of a character back then, and was probably becoming forgotten at that point. But all I can say is, I am glad they finally gave her a face and made her an actual character instead of just faceless.
