FINALLY! I get around to my grumpy Scottish boi, Duncan! He's without a doubt, my favorite character in the Scarloey Railway (Luke is a close second but he doesn't really count).

I had designed a gijinka of Duncan in the past but honestly? I love this look SOOO much more! His haircut was inspired by the hair of highland cattle (+ it's supposed to cover up most of his face but I wanted his eyes to stay visible)
