Rules and Stuff Makin me some more bases aw ye

Decided to make base testing adopts free because I've been in a good mood lately and wanna share that.
So all you have to do is give a little character to her (or him if you wish)! Just comment with this:
Name: (what you'd name them)
Using for: (what you want them for, ie a story/comic, to rp, just to draw, etc)
Background story: (can be anything you want! can include personality and fun stuff like that as well.)
There are no wrong answers to those! And it will not be first come first serve.
Deadline: 12 December
I'll be judging on creativity, and mostly on the story as well as details in that. And good luck!
ps. The background story does not have to be a novel. It can be as short or long as you want. :3

Background story: An angel that acts like a slightly depressed teen. He tends to complain a lot, and has a sort of strained relationship with his parents. It didn't always use to be this way, but it was just like that one day. ((Sorry for making it so short, I have to go to soon >_< ))
