Description
I tend to do symmetrical fractals too much, and yet, I can't resist sometimes!Well, my comfort is that at least I'm trying not to.

Magnificent!
Technically, though, this is not symmetric. Symmetry means a side is reflected. In here, the reflection is flipped over rather than exact.

I'm using Apophysis. There's a whole group devoted to the program if you'd like to try it: #Apophysis
Apo takes a long time to master, so don't get discouraged if you have trouble.

Hey, but symmetrical fractals rule!
I really love the colors here.
And even more, those warped stripe-like things around the center.

I agree with you, they do rule.
I promise not to stop doing them entirely, but, I rely on them a bit too much. So I'm trying to expand my horizons.

YAY!
There's no such thing as "too much" when it comes to doing what you love doing, y'know?
So keep at it!

Of course, ma'am.
I'm glad you find my advices useful, ma'am.

Nice simplistic fractal, there's definitely a lot more than meets the eye with this one: a great figure eight outline, nice colors, and the little bit of fan2 just adds a little bit of a texture to an otherwise smooth piece.

I'm sad to say that it took longer than it should have to get the mΓΆbius-y feel.

Do you mean that it's not easy to pick out, or something different?

Exactly. I just didn't notice it at first.

Well, I tried playing the fractal a bit to see if making it more prominent made it look better, but it made it kind of look like poop because it got too bright for anybody to see the pink bits underneath. It hurt my eyes to look at. I'll try playing around with the gradient and see what I get.

Gorgeous. This is arguably the best fractal you've uploaded in a long time.

That's pretty awesome
I like the softness and the gradient is really good too!
Nice shape and everything!
