yours is especially interesting cuz there is not only pain and suffering and near death. there is lost hope, there is innocence. I love that expression of acceptance of the death slowly and coldly coming he has on his face.

It's twisted with the paradox of the decaying and bleeding drawing a smily face.
The human face is actually really beautiful, there is something gentle about it.

I love this - I can't tell how much is manipulation and how much is just photography - that's what makes this that much more impressive. Technically this rocks...but what I love most is the emotion I feel when looking at this. Like...bleeding to death or something.

Fantastic, when I saw the thumbnail I wasn't very interested but the full view reveals that it has a lot of unique qualities that set it apart from the usual type of dark photo manipulation that's so popular on DA. How all the details are worked out in here really shows that quite some thought has gone into it and it makes the feelings more sincere, quite an interesting creation.

mmmmm....very tasty, baby! First off, before i get into image itself: damn, i love the match of the DA green used to leave the small 'overlaps' and 'torn' edges....love that...great move! Nicely executed there. Not sure how many will catch that, but i love it....nice touch!!!

I think I'd like this one more if it was just the kickass border and the face / hand (yes, I would drop the smiling face). I would go for pure dramatic work here .. as it expresses more and is much more powerful than with the smile.. it sort of balances the fight of good/evil in this one .. and I'd like to see the evil side alone (and perhaps make another one with the good side of it?)
