I like this very much, but...are those legs meant to be broken? Because if Snape's kneeling forwards (or even facing forwards), then his back won't be able to twist at such an angle so as to kiss.

Oh, my! It's as if you had a camera and snapped the shot, catching the surprise in Remus' fingertips and lack of wherewithal all through Severus.
Great body language and subtle shadings just make reinforce that feeling of action caught in an instant. I will go and check out the fic that inspired such amazing, moving art!
