Garlic Jr., Lucifer and the revived Garlic Sr. used the Namekian Dragon Balls to wish three things.

1. Garlic Jr. gaining height.
2. Lucifer and Garlic Sr. becoming immortal.
3. three of them becoming the strongest in the universe while gaining omnipotent abilities.

After gaining these abilities, they began to open portals to other planets in the universe for their Vampiric/Demonic army to affect every population with the Black Water Mist, destroy every sun while replacing it with a Makyo world/star and killing protectors, guardians and other gods.

Soon after transforming the universe with Darkness, they then became aware of MasakoX himself and other universes to which they broke through the multiversal wall and began to affect other universes with the Black Water Mist. Thus beginning their conquest of the entire multiverse!
