Here are my top 10 characters from Dragon Ball that should join the Dragon Team to become Z-Fighters.

10. Hasky
Since she was from Goku's childhood and that she was hanging on a pole, I think she should be convinced by the Dragon Team to quit her mercenary job and turn over a new leaf, to seek some love for her life.

9. Melee
This ninja originated from the Demon Realm itself and was encountered by a young Goku who was on a quest to save Princess Misa from the current king Shula, She and Gola helped him save her and they remained behind in the Demon Realm for the rest of the series. I think she would've come out of Earth's entrance to the Demon Realm and maybe follow Goku on his journey until meeting up with the others, becoming a member and leaving her life in the Realm behind.

8. Ledgic
A character from Z's sequel Dragon Ball GT, he only appears to protect Don-Kee from Goku, Pan and Trunks. After a fight with Goku, he leaves but I think he would be honoured by Goku's power and fighting since he already knew about Saiyans in the past and thus decides to join Goku and the gang to search for the Black Star Dragon Balls and then come to Earth with them to aid in their battle against Baby and his forces. After this he chooses a new life on Earth as a GT-Fighter.

7. Sky Dragon
A warrior met by Goku who defeated the Saiyan the first time, but lost the second time. He expresses respect towards Goku and becomes a friend to Master Chin, He could at least become a bodyguard to Goku (much like Nappa to Vegeta) and journey with him to train with the boy to become more stronger and even aid him on the quest to save Princess Misa. Once he Melee and Goku make it to the Dragon Team, he would be trained by Roshi to learn the Kamehameha and even possibly fall in love with Melee.

6. Launch
Launch had a rough story in the series, never appearing after the Frieza Saga when she was searching for Tien (although she did made a cameo in the Kid Buu Saga). so why not instead of searching for Tien, she stays with Bulma until she heard of the Namekian Dragon Ball's power to resurrect people and so she decides to join Bulma and the others' quest to Namek. She would shoot Raiti and Zaacro to death on Fake Namek and guard Bulma when she gathers the Namekian Balls on the real Namek, once she's transported to Earth and is happy to see Tien wished back on Earth. She thinks she should train with Tien to grow stronger and make sure nobody kills his him ever again.

5. Pikkon
A popular character from Dragon Ball Z, if Goku became interested in Pikkon's mysterious power even more he would seek the Dragon Balls and wish Pikkon back to life and convince that he and him should train together in life on Earth, while that's going on he would also encounter Piccolo for the first time and become interested in one and other. He and Piccolo work together as partners on protecting the planet and meditate for whenever something evil comes.

4. Lagss
Yes I know she's from Super Dragon Ball Heroes where she joined Hearts to kill Zen-Oh but ends up trapped in Universe 3 while in the manga, gets absorbed by Majin Ozotto. So how about she has a second thought on this and decides to fly somewhere else to think about this plan to kill the gods, much later she comes back with a change in heart by joining the heroes on stopping Godslayer Hearts by firing glass on him. After Hearts' demise, he is thanked by Goku and is offered a place on the Dragon Team to be a changed person and defend the planet from stronger foes.

3. Android 8
He was a Android that is pure, wanting to help others instead of hurting them. He is still with Suno in Jingle Village, but I was thinking that if Suno decides to move away from Jingle Village to Satan City, she would need to take 8 with her and together they own a house to which she is then greeted by Goku and Bulma. Eighter would say that his body is getting out of date so Bulma decides to upgrade him with more strength and electricity and Bulma suggests to 8 that he should become a protector of the Earth to help people out even more. So whenever there's a threat on Earth, he joins Goku and the others to protect them from blasts and shots and fight against armies with his super strength.

2. Tapion
A tragic warrior who lost his world and brother and fought against a Demon beast, after Hirudegaurn's demise he went on the Time Machine made by Bulma to go back in time and prevent his world being attacked while giving his sword to Trunks as a gift. Maybe instead of travelling back in time, he stays with the Dragon Team to learn more of Earth and it's fighters and later becomes an warrior to Dende. with his courage and swordsmanship, he protects the guardian and occasionally appears with the Z-Fighters to fight against some evil being or invader.

1. Tarble
The younger brother of Prince Vegeta that debuted in Yo! Son Goku and Friends return, He was married to an alien named Gure and was pursued by Frieza Force soldiers Abo and Cado. After their defeat he celebrates with them along with Goku and the others in the party, so maybe Goku should tell him that he should grow stronger like his brother while Vegeta agrees. with Abo and Cado as his training partners, the three train with Goku and Vegeta during the 8 year timeskip until Tarble finally gains Super Saiyan for the first time in years and later Super Saiyan 2. Tarble, Gure, Abo and Cado would then be gifted with homes in Mount Paozu and become neighbours to the Son family, Tarble is given a similar outfit to Vegeta's but has his orange colour instead of Vegeta's yellow and now fights with his brother to protect the Earth for his wife and his now fellow neighbours.
