(In my story though, around time between End of Z and Start of Super, I did bring Garlic back for my demons servant... Someone who can seal people to the another dimension is always useful.)

(Hm. I mean Super 17 is... ...17 with personality of stone wall. And Shadow Dragons might be a bit too much for Chronos to ally with. And Baby would just try to destroy what Chronos has worked to make with his parasitic tendency, so that would be a pass. Although... I'd imagine Para-Para Brothers would make quite good for having aerobics class somewhere.

Well, Tuffle Machine Mutant, but yes.
I imagine that Tuffle would make a good tech support, though. (In timeline Chronos altered, small group of Tuffle survived, and were recruited by Frost Demon Absol to his army.)
