How do you do digital colouring? In fact how do you do digital art? No matter how much I search, I can't get an answer. :-P

I am not very good at it too.. my teacher always tells me to draw by hand and leave photoshop
in this drawing I used the default brush tool and wacom and I colored on a different layer (mode mulltiply) and I changed the tonality of the background image.
