Maybe she's writing to a best friend that moved far away a long time ago. Maybe they fell out of touch, and Florencia wants to tell the friend about how different her life is now. About all the changes that have happened since that friend left. What Florencia's life is generally like.
Not some narcissistic monologue of course, but a letter about the new friends she has now. Maybe Florencia feels terrible about losing contact with the friend and really misses them now.
