My most favorite out of all of the Toon Patrol: Smart Ass! Or as you refer to him as "Smart Guy", "Wise Guy" or "Smarty"...I'll draw Greasy next, my second favorite. Anyways, the Toon Patrol and Smart Ass are from the movie called "Who Framed Roger Rabbit".

Thank you, Have to admit thought if anyone seen the Toon Patrol at least ONE of 'em has to be on a Top 10 Villains list. If i ever made one i would place each one on a area since the Toon Patrol pretty much all made it to my top favorites..Except for Greasy.
