Seishou was roaming around Greenville, Robyn was stealing an artifact because that artifact wasn't supposed to be there, they bumped into each, human guards see Seishou, they think Seishou's an 'escaped freak', and the two went into hiding.

Well, time for a history class. When Henkei was burnt, the creatures who live there somewhat disappeared, either escaped or captured, the answer is always a mystery. There is a rumor that creatures are captured, forced to created devices for the humans and humans only.
