Ok ... first of all, I don't plan on cosplaying Baby Doll. (I actually want to cosplay Blondie.)BUT I do love her makeup design, and seeing as how so many people are cosplaying her, I thought about making a little tutorial and help out
I tried to make it very basic, so I hope it helps and that you guys like it.
I will be posting a couple more photos of the finished look, so that you can see.
