Photon is the oldest of the three siblings raised by Diana, Phantom and Soul in between a 15 year long stalemate in the great war. She was originally raised to be a living weapon, but after her first encounter with Smog, she wasnt the same, physically or mentally.

Her arms and ribcage are replaced with a powerful, yet light alloy made from 404. He modified the conditions to prevent Photon from overheating and exploding from her electrical energy.
Photon has the abilities of lightning at her disposal. She can zip through the air in the form of energy as well as cast massive bolts of electricity from her talon tips. She is also more than capible of being extremely fast when it comes to fighting and reflexes.
Before hatching, she was genetically altered to fit battle recommendations. Shes light weight on her feet, she's got the sharpest claws, the perfect wings and is a monster in head to head combat.

Even with all of this, Smog was able to adapt and nearly kill her, which left her partially traumatized. Turning her from overconfident and careless to compassionate and righteous. She's learned to treat her sisters and the team better, as well as let Soul realize to be a better care taker.
