The only reason Spectra is on Earth instead of overseeing her kingdom is Soul.
Upon first sight of him in Daruzxa, Spectra fell in love and wanted to be with Soul. Due to his own issues with the major war the titans were fighting, Spectra had to wait a while. A long while.

When Soul finally moved to Daruzxa for a few years, Spectra got to know him a little more and obsess over him. She was one of the few dragons that could make Soul feel anything other than rage or annoyance whenever she'd try to cling to him.

When it came time to move back to Earth. Spectra begged to come with. It wasnt until he finished the second war i the Titans that Spectra was finally aloud to go to Earth on Soul's terms. After years, she still held onto her true love and never let go, now she spends time with him constantly, awaiting the day she gets to mate with him.
