I love this fairy tale so much and your pic is amazing!!! But the original name of this story is "Princ a Večernice" (Prince and Evenning Star). The face of the moon is very similar to the face of actor A. Okuněv. Beautiful work!

Once there was a little girl called Clarissa, she was ten-years-old and she lived in a mental hospital, because she killed her mom and her dad. She got so bad she went to kill all the staff in the hospital so the More-government decided that best idea was to get rid of her so they set up a special room to kill her, as humane as possible but it went wrong the machine they were using went wrong. And she sat there in agony for hours until she died.
Now every week on the day of her death she returns to the person that reads this letter, on a monday night at 12:00a.m. She creeps into your room and kills you slowly, by cutting you and watching you bleed to death.
Now send this to ten other pictures on this one site, and she will haunt someone else who doesn't. This isn't fake. apparently, if u copy and paste this to ten comments in the next ten minutes u will have the best day of ur life tomorrow. u will either get kissed or asked out, if u break this chain u will see a little dead girl in your room tonight. in 53 mins someone will say i love you or I'm sorry

i didn´t find any english translation...but from next month i want to star drawing webcomics about this fairy tale :3 (i really like fairy tales and i always wated to draw web-comic :3 )

Nevím, asi se mi tvoje původní verze Měsíčníka s noční čepičkou a monoklem líbila víc. Tady mi Měsíčník připadá už jako jeden z Valar, a ten vzrůstový rozdíl mezi ním a princeznou by pak mohl působit v manželství jisté obtíže 
No tak jako tak ilustrace je to krásnáááá...

jop já jsem si na nic vzpoměla až když jsem to kreslila a pak jsem ho už nechtěla překreslovat
mmmm...oni ho někdy kreslí jenom jako měsíc tak tady aspon vypadá trochu jako člověk (no jo poslední rok kreslím samé Silmarillion fan-arty tak to jde se mnou z kopce

Oh, that one was my favourite, too! I think I've always loved all those very... fairy-tale-ish, otherworldly elements to it, those three brothers, the magically fast horse with the silver mane...
And I like how you make your otherworldly characters really otherworldly, and always different than I expect, which in your case is a good thing. Here he's quite in contrast with the fairly earthy castle/chateau... the contrast of the warm yellow and the blue light is a nice effect.
Please, please, draw the others, too, if you find time! I'd ask for the horse, too, but I don't have the money for a commission right now.
