Well, I think she's a geisha, me mum said she looked like one. ^_^; My friend also says she looks kinda like Lulu from Final Fantasy. O.o Hmmmm..... =] She originally started off as a dirty ol' sketch in my sketchbook, but here we go.
Took hours to clean up. ><; I need to draw more cleanly, I think I lost my right arm. =] Anywho, hope you like!

She's not painted enough to be a geisha, but she's just right for a regular young Japanese woman wearing her traditional clothes! She's so beautiful, you have a great line quality, and the shading is great as well.

Absolutely fantastic work! She looks amazing and you've done a fabulous job with the shading here, you've got amazing tones and they all blend so well on her top. She is full of emotion and the face is very clean looking which is fabulous. The way you've done her hair and the flower really add that extra touch to this piece! Well done

x] Fingerprints, random grey areas where my lead-covered hand rubbed the page, unerasable lines, and the shading wasn't as smooth. Also, in the sketch, her lips weren't shaded in. x];

this is a beautiful piece. the folds of her clothing and the shading is quite excellent. Her expression is sweet but suitably somber [lots of s's!!] I like her hair best, the way it frames her face well, and the way her hair ornaments dangle so beautifully.
