I don't know, I made it using a base by me, and I don't know how much a custom usually costs, I guess it will be half or maybe a little less than what they usually cost.

Still, I don't plan to charge for what I do until I improve my drawing and leave the bases!

No, it is a public gem, something like anybody can put it in comics and fanarts without problems, but it doesn't belong to it, belongs to all those who want to use it
