This is rad. How do you make this style of art (programs, approach...) ? (i am newish to the computer art scene.) This reminds me of the conceptual art for the Incredibles, and a wee bit of the robot in said movie. very cool!

Thanks. I make vector art using Adobe Illustrator - first I'll sketch out my picture by hand or with a drawing tablet, and then bring it into Illustrator to vector. This is assuming you know what I'm talking about when I refer to vectors!

I imagine a game like rampage where you choose one of your 3 or 4 bots and just run through a city stomping buildings and such.

Time to tell you a little story.
The whole Hammergirl Vs Giant Robots idea came about as a dream I had some time ago. In the dream I was playing a game where you controlled a girl weilding a spectacular hammer in a huge city, and you had to defend it from giant robots which would come to the city one at a time. I remember that to defeat the Pantsbot you had to give him a wedgie. Since then it's been my ultimate ambition to realise this dream..though it'll never happen.

so it's the girl who defends the city from the robots. I had a feeling that might have been it. something like that would be a little harder to code, but man. if you gave me a flash file with a full cycle of animations for a robot/the girl in a platform style city with some buildings, a street and a background... I would make it come alive. I could send you back a little experiment where you can run, jump, climb and take fall damage or something... then we could go from there?
