Personality/History: Alcatraz went unnamed for the first year of his life; nothing that we could come up with seemed to fit. However one day, as the management peered from her office window, she saw this young yearling, horns barely begun to curl, sparring viciously with Bacchus , a two-year old. He broke the fence, and the boards tumbled around Bacchus, creating a prison of splintered logs for a split second before Bach leaped out. The name of the famous prison popped into her head; and thus Alcatraz was named.
Alcatraz and Bacchus have been inseparable ever since, even though it appears more times than not that they loathe each other.
Taz's personality is somewhat skewed. Though he is intelligent and an excellent fighter, he leaned heavily towards the bloodlust/insane side of things. He froths at the mouth constantly and his nasal passages are nearly always swelled with blood. He also is a victim of STallion Self-Mutilation syndrome, mostly to his own neck and chest, and has pulled out more hair than any other horse has done in a fight. He is one of the few IHS horses who frequents the Pits, and as with Bacchus, the management has no idea, thanks to the cunning and sneaky grooms of the establishment.

    Quirks: Will swing his head at people. Has a snaggletooth.
