Somehow, it really is cute ! I like the coloring. He's very close to the SatAM Tails, maybe that's what you wanted to reach, and anyway you did it well

great coloring and deadly on-model.
The only weakness is the overpowering background, it's distracting from the nearly perfect Tails. If you don't want to draw backgrounds, please don't use so attention grabing patterns in the background.
