What is there to say about this.
Aside from the fact it is one of the most amazing things I've seen thus far.
I especially like how so much is going on in this picture, from the humvee in the bottom left reminiscing a beginning to the 5th installment, to the containers of Uroboros up at the top with a mutated Wesker foreshadowing an epic climax
I'll be honest here, if I had a portrait frame of this, it would go on my wall.

You did an amazing job with this! I love everything about it: the amount of details, the colours the overall composition...like I said, everything! I've seen a similar style in the Tomb Raider Comics by Adam Smith I guess....not sure what his name was. ^^

so crit huh...
well there isn't alot to mention here, your colors on this one are alot stronger and less washed out than on your older work and it shows a good improvement there. the style is very lichtner which fits well with pant's extremely mad inspired pencils.
the only thing i have to crit on this, is with all that detail, the two main characters in the front get lost. they should stand out the most of anything, yet what you look at first is the high light on the hood of the hooded figure, second would be the really bright area to the right of her. you need to notice the main characters first, then the rest, because they are only supporting characters.
one way to do this is try to use color value a bit more, right now everything is shaded with about the same values, but it's a trick on the eye to use brighter ones where you want the eye to go, and darker ones where you dont need as much focus there.
an artist i admire that took me under his wing a couple years ago told me something so true, and i've kept it in mind, or tried to ever since. he said your eye is going to register every highlight, or white spot as detail, and you want more detail where you eye should go. you make really good use of that technique there on the bottom right, because they are backlit. see how on the front of those characters, the lighting isn't so contrasting? it bpends well, still defind yet your eye doesn't go right to it, it goes to the opening of the cave with those yellows and golds.
if you could have shaded the rest of the image that way (not backlit though necesarily though) and then did what you already did on the main figures, plus made their skintones lighter you could have REALLY popped them.
