Farphyni freed Deva but is also a part of Deva (one of the five tails)?

While Farphyni is a part of me, Deva is my "essence". Devas tails are meant as symbols. (Farphyni & co lead me to Deva - as to find and unterstand the "big picture", Deva, you have to understand/find the small parts, Farphyni and the others, first. I guess you can say in some way Farphyni is part of Deva. Regardless of this I can draw both of them next to each other in the same picture. Why? Symbolic reasons.^^)
Are you confused by the "Farphyni freed Deva"-part? Maybe it helps you, if you stop seeing Farphyni as a creature. Farphyni isn't a 'real' creature. She's 'simply' a personification of my creativity. Deva is the real me, the soul, that I've found through expressing the abstract thoughts/feelings of my weird mind in an artistic way. I'm not sure if that's understandable if you hadn't had the same experiences, but I really hope you get the basic idea xD

It helps if I think of them as fragments. You think of creatures, I think of facets on a multidimensional rock/gem/whatever. Oh and masks.

Echt schön die Farben, und die Flügel. Ich mag besonders wie du die Flügel zeichnest. Die meisten, bemühen sich da bei Federn eher weniger. (ist zumindest nur mein Gefühl) Super toll. Und obwohl es so bunt ist, wirkt es nicht überladen. Das mag ich sehr.
