This is very deep for me. All this year, I've been suffering from debilitating anxiety attacks, depression, and crying spells. Every night, I called out to G-d to help restore me and deliver me from pain. My anxiety attacks feel to me as if I'm hanging on for dear life with a pitch black abyss below me and I'm trying to keep my grip on a greased rope, desperate to not fall. Those were scary times. But G-d never left my side, He's made me stronger than I ever thought I could be. Even though I feel I'm not completely out of the woods yet with my treatment, I have been lifted up when I have fallen.
