Looks great.
I could imagine such a building in a poor neighborhood.
People live there and put up with the terrible things because they have no where else to go.
Day by day, the building sucks out their humanity slowly because it wants to prolong the torture.
True Malice is long term.
Summers are too hot, winters are too cold. Even if the landlord busts his/her
ass to keep the heat going, it just never is enough.
Then there are the dreams, noises and the shadows glimpsed at the corner of the eye.
You hope it was a rat running across the floor but deep down, you know better.
And that was a good day...

Yes, it would. Even a great horror game. Imagine you as an ignorant student and you hear weird noises at night. Curious, you go to explore, then, you stumble upon the deepest, darkest secret of the building: It lives!

It's not just the building, it's the setting. It's a grey hell and I can see some epic stuff going down in there.
