a fluffy dragon/pony boy i doodled down???

his mother was a dragon and his father a pegasus, but due to some complications in his childhood, was brought to live up in the icy mountains of the Crystal Empire, and is well over a couple hundred years old (to the point his mother has long since left to continue travelling, where as he chose to stay in his wee cave)

hes blind, very very quiet, very rarely speaks, and his claws are made of an ice-bone mix, so they sound pretty creepy when he walks on solid ground. he cant stand the heat and so he usually only comes down to ponyville/other cities during winter
