Here it is! The fur tutorial I promised. I have 4 different fur brushes that I made that you can download but its a limited time offer since I don't have much bandwidth. If I have to take them off the first link has a tutorial on how to make them or well a similar way to how I did them. I also included links to a few other methods to drawing fur.these work best when using a tablet. Once you download them to your computer click on the click the brush tool and right click on the screen. In the brush tool bar click on the button that looks like an arrow.
for these you copy them and open the files in Adobe. Use the brush tutorial to change them into a brush

ummm when i am on the first step, i always have to go over my base drawing, but its so dark that i can't see anything and if i make it lighter the fur looks horrible, what should i do?

I am guessing your base drawing is either a sketch or outline of some sort?
Is the fur painting on a new layer? If not, put the fur painting on a new layer and set that layer's property to "Multiply" so the colors would appear translucent to the bottom layer. Otherwise, I do not understand what you mean
