2/3 commissions done for me by Drachea Rannak. He designed her fuku based off her school uniform and armor.Sailor Umi is a made-up senshi form of Umi Ryuusaki from Magic Knight Rayearth. Sailor Fuu will be coming soon!

Well yeah omit her sleeves and shorten her skirt and there you go! Although he could have made her skirt a bit longer in relative to Sailor Hikaru.
