EDIT: Yes, this is a re-post because when I cleared CDA out when I closed it this meme just sorta got lost in space @A@So, here it is again so I can actually do something with it

Uniform - Your character in the official CDA uniform
Swimsuit - Your character in the opposite gender's swimsuit
Pajamas - Your character in the opposite gender's pajamas
Formal - Your character in the opposite gender's formal wear (such as suits for guys and dresses for girls)
Traditional - Your character in the opposite gender's traditional wear (this could be any kind of traditional Japanese clothing, such as a kimono)

Hm, one of my cross-dressing characters is half Japanese and half English. So, for Traditional I may have to do both, but it'd be hard to fit two pics in that thin box.
Also, seeing as I'm not a part of CDA, Nana may have to wear a school uniform instead (even though he's long out of school)

If you're not in CDA, you can use a regular school uniform
For traditional, you just draw your character in traditional Japanese clothing such as a kimono
You said that since your character is japanese and English you'd have to draw both drawings, but you don't have to
