This is a fanart, inspired by the KHR Altor Doujinshi Game: Mukuro Path, I made of Vongola Primo, Don Giotto de Vongola and Mukuro Rokudo/Kuromu/(whatever his name is) of the anime&manga, Kateikyoushi Hitman Reborn! by Akira Amano.

I am in love with this pairing. As in seriously. It all started with Giotto's voice. Yes. His voice. Daisuke Namikawa. And to think he's also Hetalia. The seiyuu singing Maruikaite Chikyuu . Aye, that one. If I didn't love useless!Italy so much, I would've begged God as to why, but yeah.

But seriously. I'm in this shipping because of his voice. His voice .

And I adore Mukuro, because really, he's Mukuro. Cynical, scathing, harsh, cruel, manipulative, sadomasochistic, playful, strange, batshit crazy, fruity, pineapple-head, kufufufufufu-ing Mukuro.

G69 is my OTP in KHR, hand-in-hand with D18(Don Dino Cavallone and Kyouya Hibari). And I do them no justice. Aye. NO JUSTICE AT ALL. /weeps.

GIOTTO~~~why hath thou becometh so feminine?! Mukuro, too! But yeah, that's just my style. Really sorry about that~~ also, I took liberties with their clothing. Hehe~<3

I had the picture fade a bit because I like the effect. \(^0^)/!!

The lotus is there because it's one of the many things (apart from the character of "6", the trident, a pineapple) that represents Mukuro. It has something to do with cleansing, purification, and woe of woes, oblivion and emptiness.

Fits Mukuro quite perfectly, if you ask me.

That and I'll use the quote I shamelessly stole from the DGM anime, as spoken by Yuu Kanda in Takahiro Sakurai's voice, "When lotus flowers bloom, they wilt soon after, and their seeds sleep for thousands of years, ...but they will always bloom again".

You see the reason why I seldom like 6927 or vice versa. I keep getting the feeling that Mukuro, at one point or another, will end up using Tsuna to compensate for what he had and what he lost with Giotto.

....that and Giotto practically raised Mukuro. I believe there's a part in Japan's The Tale of Genji where the hero took in and raised a little girl to be the perfect ideal wife?
