Yes Nym... You're totally right...Before you say anything, I know it. The BG sucks. And that's because it's not even half done yet xD But since I've spent years looking for a BG artist and nothing has come up from that search... I'll have to do it on my own... somehow... so don't go expecting top notch BG material... but I guess it's still better than nothing... right?
I'll upload a finished version once I get the BG all done... this was just to let you know that I'm always working... although not necesarily on my regular pieces xD

For me, a great BG makes a drawing even more enjoyable, so I'm glad to wait for a BG from you. It doesn't seems bad at all to me, honestly, could be better but it's damn good.

I been down the same road man, I hate making backgrounds of all honesty. But hey, that's a required element when it comes to creating soon-to-be-jawdropping games, novels, etc. Best of luck to you man as always!

Yeah having a bg artist would really take a lot of the pain off. I'm surprised you didn't find one on NG already, especially with the success of your last flash.
Regardless, this is a great start to the bg. Everyone is right though, it wont need to be extremely detailed if the characters are super-good. And of course, we know they will be
