Description
Here. An example of what can be accomplished with a mixture of Google ScketchUp 8, Photoshop and some rendering programs.This is the first BG I´ve ever done, and it´s a mixture of pre-made 3-D models with 2-D greenery and a couple of layers and effects in Photoshop
Finally, I´ll be able to finish my VN´s BGs!

First time I hear my practice BG was used as someone else's placeholder BG, though it does makes sense. Helps you visualize what you want to do better, even if you don't have the resources at hand when you want to try it.

As I´ve said before, BG art is my weakest point, but this technique should be able to do the trick at least...
Ya know... Tsukihime was such a HIT, and the BG artwork was almost unnexistent... And the chara sprites were pretty basic regarding photoshoping and colouring...
So if the´re are indie VNs with such strength, I hope I can do at least something half as good

Since there are several VN who has just as par on Tsukihime on art and BG but died of obscurity - bad story.

Polygons huh...? Dunno. It sure says the ammount of polygons used when you render it but... I didn´t pay atention to it xD Sry. They were a high amount, that´s sure, but I haven´t got the exact number xDDDD (3D edition isn´t my area of expertise anyway :S)
I´m just a pin up hentai artist, covering fields and fields of production that I´ve never learned before... so... it´s kinda difficult for me XD
