i agree that it should be taken down on consent of the original artist. however the original artist wants people to report her to be banned which is why i came here because she doesn't deserved to be banned for something like this.

Well ask her to take it down rather than saying we're dumb. LifeStorme, the owner of the original picture, came here to tell her to take it down since Jun 17. The owner obviously wants her to take it down but she never did. That's probably why she's so upset about it.
And I know she shouldn't be banned for this but the least she could do is listen to the owner and take it down. It would save her a lot of trouble.

Alright, so I'm going to cut to the chase. This isn't your artwork. As you put it, the owner of the picture is Lifestorme and you do not have the right to take her drawing and just doodle over it like it's your work. Giving credit to the owner is different than asking them for permission to use it and it's obvious that you didn't even ask her. I've also noticed that you had done this more than once with her artwork and that is considered ridiculous and art theft. I must let you know that you better take this off or things in the future on this site won't have anything good in stored for you. Lifestorme is also a very close friend of mine so you better take that image off before I make your Deviantart life not so joyous.
