sorry for poor quality (will upload better version as soon as I get a scanner, mine is stored up somewhere ><)Well drew her for two different reasons:
1), Be able to show my skills off for Bust commissions (well for sketches) [looks like a headshot to me though] (I have not yet announced it but I wanna try and do commission sometime, lol)
2).I have a brand new character that uses the shape of her head, just not the horns and all.
I'm particularly proud of, because of the detail (well tried to) put in.
Anyways...hope ya like this.

May I study this to help me figure out how to draw a dragon head at this angle? Dragon foreheads still stump me and I'm looking at different angles to try to figure it out. Is that okay? I won't be drawing it out like you did I just want to make a few notes cause I"m having trouble with dragon faces looking different directions ya know? If you'd rather me not I won't. No drawing whatsoever just making notes like "jaw goes straight to the neck instead of cheek bone when head is turned slightly to the left/or right whichever it is"
Another question: Why did you not add a cheek bone? Does the cheek horn kinda take care of that?
PS: whoever I get help from I always give credit and I always ask permish first. Will wait for your reply.

Sure you can.
Well this was an old sketch I did of Cynder. back then my dragon drawings were just starting out, so some cheekbones were not added because of laziness (though I have better ones)
In reality the cheek bone would be prominent but most ref pics I used didn't show her having the cheek bone, so I guess that is the reason why it is now shown here in this one. In some of newer dragon pics I show the cheek bones better.
