i use procreate! its available on ipad, theres an iphone version too but idk if you can import brushes there? for lineart i used robs sword brush (with 30% jitter) i think you can download it here? gumroad.com/l/pndAG

download phonto and when you click the download button for a set of brushes it'll take you there essentially and then a list of all the brushes will show up, select which ones you want to download ^^
