I was paid 20$ to design a rival Gantz team for a Gantz Dojin. then i got 5 bucks to made a cover for it. i was stoked that they accepted the j-rock style characters i made. plus i didn't have to make a girl too. that was cool.I FINISHED A WIP, TOO!!! D:

(as im sure you read above) this is a gantz dojin cover. gantz's plot is a theory of the after live, were the dead go to a room to face trials. the suits are part of the trial. they look stupid so people wont wear them, but they save lives. it's pretty funny in the manga, how people always mock the people in the suits and call htem otakus.

AXEL'S POSE COULD BE BETTER.
ALSO, FOR AXELS HAIR, THE BLACK MAKES IT LOOK TOO DARK WHAT WITH THE LINEART BEING THAT COLOR. BEEFCAKE-MAN'S HAIR IS MUCH BETTER AT PORTRAYING BLACK BUT ALSO SHOWING THE LINES USED AND NOT LOOKING LIKE A BIG BLOTCH OF BLACK.

Yeah. Possibly because it wasn't done terribly well. Being used to seeing caps lock abused more than a step-headed redchild, my natural perception is that the subject lacks content and is making up for said lack by being physically big. That, and I've never seen you post before, so I've no prior perception of your intelligence, etc.

perspective is on, just all the feet are too small. i take responcability for that. i might even fix it.
he's a thin an lanky guy, like CREEPILY thin an lanky. i would have made him thiner actually. and his hair? do go on.
i never read flame of recca. but looking in to it, i found a tan musular guy with an 80's mohawk. that might be what your thinking of.
I couldn't find any colored examples of promenent cheek bones. i tried to make redhead's cheeks promenent because he was too thin, and beefcake just have a muscular face, but i just endend up taking the fail train to anal rape land...

mmm. i see what you mean. but you should see how axel guy looks in that dojinshi their making. it's noir et blanc so it actually looks kinda cool.
