This was long overdue…. (No pun intended)

Over a month ago I said I was going to work on an organic version of Roxanne Wolf, but I wound up having less time than I thought. But here it is I guess! Roxanne’s unexpected pregnancy has taken a toll on the band since now they have to prepare for a baby (which Freddy needs some catching up on). Roxy’s mood swings have been a pain for the group, which is to be expected from the typically moody wolf, but with the staff bots malfunctioning they have to help her with her pregnant needs, including applying stretch mark cream. At least one other member seems ok with the situation though.

Would you help her?

This. Was. A. PAIN to draw. She went through multiple different belly shapes, many different arms, and I even had to redo her head several times! The issue: her head kept coming out looking like Loona! (Even more so!) I guess I’ve drawn the hellhound so many times my lizard brain instinctively thought “forget Roxanne just draw Loona!” And finding a good reference for what to do for the background was equally difficult. Every corner of the game was something different, so deciding on what to use was hard. So I ended up with this rather plain background with a ton of empty space. I really need to take another drawing class…

My main complaint is that I should have made the lines thinner, especially on Roxy’s face. It looks too messy and cluttered in my opinion. The offscreen faces of the other band members were drawn in my style because lizard brain, so that’s why they look a little off. Chica was the hardest because of the angle and facial expression.

And yes, Chica is indeed crushing on her expecting friend. There might be a good chance Roxy might be looking at her when asking for the favor.
