When I saw this what gave this impact was the soft colours; pure white, green hair and soft blue eyes. It personally reminded me of white waves and green and blue sea. I like your technique of keeping all the lines soft instead of harsh, it fits with the softness and innocence I imagine from a filly pony. I like the fact that this is an original pony and I haven't seen many drawings with this type of style or colouring.
Well done this is a very sweet and cute filly and if you where going for innocent and sweet you hit the nail right on the head.
