Description The other of my new fossils. Told you I was paying attention in archaeology class~

Based on the Pesse canoe (the world's oldest known boat, a petrified canoe found in the Netherlands), Greek Triremes, and shipwrecks, with the big one taking some influence from pliosaurs such as Kronosaurus. Revived from the Paddle Fossil.

347 - PETRANOE (Petra{stone in Greek}+Canoe)
- Rock/Water
- Old Boat PokΓ©mon
- 3'3"/16.5 lbs
- Ability: Water Absorb (Sniper)
DAY: While PETRANOE was related to Sudowoodo, it took to the water more easily, thanks to its buoyant hull.
NIGHT: Ancient people created this Pokemon as transport. It used its paddles to cross large bodies of water.

348 - ARGALLEON (Argo+Galleon)
- Rock/Water
- Evolves from PETRANOE at lv 40
- Old Boat PokΓ©mon
- 8'2"/450 lbs
- Ability: Water Absorb (Sniper)
DAY: ARGALLEON remains are often found at the bottom of the ocean. A manmade Pokemon, historians believe it was built for use in ancient maritime warfare.
NIGHT: Using the cannons on its prow and sides, it fired rocks, water, or energy to subdue prey and enemies. It could swim for long distances using its sail and oars.

MOVEPOOL:
Start: Splash, Tackle, Flail, Bubble
Level-Up: Water Sport, Rock Blast, Muddy Water, Stone Edge, Water Gun, AncientPower, Rock Throw, Bullet Seed, Mud Sport, Protect, BubbleBeam, Energy Ball, Water Pulse, Waterfall, Hydro Cannon, Surf; Scald, Rock Wrecker, Stealth Rock, Wide Guard, SolarBeam, Hyper Beam
Notable HM/TM: Hidden Power, Ice Beam, Smack Down, Rock Slide, Dive

Welp, enjoy, gotta go back to studying... Seeya

A PokΓ©mon that was once a boat?... sounds like what people at Game Freak would do.

How do you get that really subtle gradient?

Answer: With some clever use of the Burn tool on Photoshop:
1. Select the base color with the Wand tool.
2. Select the burn tool with a really large brush at 0% hardness.
3. Make sure only part of the brush intersects with the area that is being shaded.
4. ???
5. PROFIT (i.e. it's not as complicated as you think, once you get the hang of how it's done.)

Kudos for the concept here. This is the first time I've ever seen someone make a fossil for this kind of idea, and I'd like to see more people doing it.

I see you're going for making fossil fakemon based of prehistoric tools and vehicles. Thank you for giving us fossil fakemon that aren't generic
