Like with Sage, I didn't change Sammi's design a whole lot either. Just made some minor tweaks. Her bangs are more simplified now and she now has an inverted triangle body type. What I realized with Sammi is that I forgot to gave her a proper backstory on her last ref sheet. That will change right now.

Sammi is often called "the girl with the golden voice". She is a very good singer and is often billed as the top singer of the night at Fluffy's: a nightclub in Rose Beach. Sammi began singing during worship services for The Hand, a deity believed in by toons. She was most often chosen singer to get solos in her school's choir. Despite having an amazing voice, she is incredibly ditzy. It seems that she's unaware of her surroundings a lot.

Sammi met her boyfriend Forrester when she was singing and she nearly tripped off the stage, but was caught by him. She fell for him but he was still dating his girlfriend Irina Husky. They began performing together though, which made Irina jealous and break up with him. It was clear Forrester and Sammi were meant to date. She is unaware of her boyfriend's flirting with other women, which is good for him. But once, she actually caught him kissing another girl and they broke up, but of course, got back together soon after.

She first heard of Kat Cat when she started to sing at fluffy's. Kat was the main singer there until Sammi came. Sammi soon stole all of Kat's popularity, which resulted in a rivalry between the two girls for a period of time. Sammi tried to patch things up, but never really got to Kat until she asked her to perform a duet. The duet was successful and the two finally began to be friends. Sammi tries to mean well with things, even it it may seem selfish.

Sammi can get so immersed into her singing that she even misses her school's colorgaurd practices. She goes to Palm Bay High, Rose Beach High's main rival.

Sammi, along with Kat Cat and Marie Wolff, formed the girl group the Toonettes. They became popular, but the popularity went to Sammi's head and she decided to take control of things, even trying to go solo.
