This picture was first made on the 27th of September 2018 and later updated on the 6th of May 2019.
It's a request for Angel47093 featuring her mermaid OC (I forgot the name of her OC).

I was able to better illustrate the waves in this picture than my previous pictures. I also like the sunshine effect I made I'm pleased with how well this picture came out, despite my strict use of one color only.
